The Ark

Whatever floats your boat...

Geeze, I'm gone for a Week and I Don't Recognize the Place

Does Syd still live here ?

How much do I love you guys?

Way.

That's right, that much.

My teeth taste like shit in my mouth, 3/4 of my hair fell out (no lie) and I'm sporting a good 46 inches of staple tracks but somehow I feel better than I have in years. I have ankles!!! There's so much weird little shit that I had no idea was related to my Polycystic Liver that I'm noticing now.

They tell me I'm cured. How about that ?!

Okay, I'm over doing it already. Supposedly I should still be in ICU for another week but I just couldn't stand the food.

I had to have Ramen Noodles. Go figure.

I'll tell you all more later.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you all so much for everything. Your magic helped get me here,....to the future !

*happy tears*

p.s. Ramen noodles do not make a good wig.  Everyone knows that is what tinfoil is for.

I'd tattoo those stitch marks as they represent a road map to the future.  Stay with me here, I envision the trail line as the stem of a perfect rose ( that is you.  :)   Yeah, I know... Hallmark will NEVER hire me.

I'm so happy for you and John.  Time to heal up and get on with the rest of your life.  It's over sweetie, it's over.  Now, about those peek-a-boo gown shots at the hospital.  Did you capture a few?

Hey, Amy, good to hear from you?  And I will confess, I love those little ramens too - so enjoy seeing your feet, even bending over, breathing and eating without amazing pain!

Soon, that horrific pain will be a faded memory - won't that be cool!?

Oh, and you and John ROCK. Have a wonderful holiday, I know you can now, even if interrupted with post surgical napping!

Amy, I am so happy you are going to get better and better.

I am in India, and came to try to learn how the Siddi people make their quilts (kewandi)

And I did!   Not that I will be able to do it, but I understand the totally different process.  You will be amazed.  I posted a series of blog on this on VH, but wasn't able to do it here.  (Time)

bst to you, and the day on which you will once again ply the needle.

love, Margaret
