Whatever floats your boat...

1. DREAM - Last Night: In a small community of Cro-Magnon man, as a result of daily life conflicts about carrying water, fighting over women, sleeping space in a cave, and food; TWO males enter a heated argument, in GESTURES. I recall trying to decipher whether they mean, "you sat on my water holder" or " you bastard, you humped my woman".  I only remember being serious about making sense of this fight in body language, then waking up-CRACKING UP, thinking, "that's a great SNL skit".

This dream won hands down over my usual dream of having to save both children from a tragic natural disaster, thereby experiencing the Sophie's Choice dilemma--always finding myself forced to use one hand to hold on for my own life so that i may save them, then having to choose which one to save with the ONE remaining hand. I usually wake up after much sweating and hearing their calls to save them, just as I make the ultimate decision to let go and let us all fall over choosing ONE. HORRIBLE recurring NIGHTMARE. I know recent events have triggered this nightmare again but it started when they were little and I had a few emergencies with them, where to save one, the other had to be ignored.  I'll Take Cro-magnon man fight over that ANY night of the YEAR!

2. Challenge -there's a challenge I've been thinking of:

Name your All-Time Favorite LiveVideo throwdown between two users:

(mine is a tie between SlickJimmy vs. DenaLynnnnnnnn + NJSlickback vs. Rottingcorpse/Collectivesoul)

feel free to reply with was hilarious...and we all know it was.

3. Why - Something I have always wondered about any website I've been on:

I will never understand why people will go to a site, drop content there, and just basically leave it behind. Kinda like ring and run.  I don't get it.  Whip me, beat me, teach me...

okay I have ranted, now back to seriousness. Have at it ...I'm game.  Have to keep a sense of humor when life is as it is.

I'm gonna go with subscription script users vs. Livevideo vs. actually popular peole. Three guys admitted to using a script, that subscribed them to hundrets of channels in minutes to get a percentage of "curtesy subscriptions" thusly ending up on the most subscribed list. Not only were they hated for it (because unbeknownst to me LV was a race for subs) but suddenly the really creative and really popular guys were under fire just for being popular. I'm surprised Bill Shatner didn't get shit for being number one. That one was actually entertaining.

@Marie - Oh please Marie, it's not about you. You are a part of this place, in everyway...

I'll Dare to coin a new phrase "a DRIVEBY Uploading",

It's that weird thing when you see content appear but the people are just dropping them off, like babysitting, then leave, and never interact on them. I adore the interaction, and always thought that was the best part of putting content out there. blogs too, of course, photos, everything.

@LtAdams - Oh Peter! I DO remember that one. It was a big surprise to find out what was actually going on, because it never made sense that many people would be interested in some users when there was no one watching or commenting on their stuff. I thought there was a strange "taste" in content I just could not tap into...was glad to find out it was just "cheating"!

LtAdams' response reminded me about how getting to 100 Subs was some kind of badge of honor on LV and how I would inevitably get messages and comments from people (who cared about that stuff way more than necessary) seemingly appalled that I was not at 100 Subs.  When I would respond to them "Yeah it's weird, it's almost like I remove people subbed to me just to keep it under 100", they thought I was being rhetorical.

There were lots of entertaining things on LV to try to pick just one.  For example, my above paragraph.

Hmmm, All those throwdowns WERE hilarious. Can it be one I was personally involved in?...if so I'd say

when CallMeHol and I went at it. It got purty ugly. I still have nightmares about arm-socks.

...and that caveman dream ? It just means you should stop fretting over which topping to go with and use the caramel WITH the chocolate. I'm serious. It cleared my caveman dreams right up.

I typically don't get involved in online shenanigans....I only stumbled upon LV because I knew Syd's dad and she invited me to look at her videos.  Wow...did THAT simple conversation change my life!
