Food: breakfast- fruit salad
lunch: lean cuisine chicken panini (330 cal)
Dinner: Ruby Tuesdays- Salad (mescaline mix, mushrooms, cherry tomatos,1 tsp sunflower seeds, zucchini, croutons, 4 tbls dressing)
Turkey burger (no bread)1 slice of swiss cheese, 1/8 of an avocado ( YUMMY)
Water-32 oz

So today was my first day of eating better and all in all, I did ok.

I woke up late, so I didn't have time to put my days food together for work, but I didn't let that get me down. I just muddled through.

One of the most difficult things for me to give up is going to be soda, I love me some soda. I cannot even have sweet tea anymore... I just have to keep reminding myself that it will be worth it in the end.

I was trying to think of a subject to blog about tonight, but really nothing came to me except a title... blogging is for wusses.....NOT!!!

LOL. I have been going back and forth about whether to blog or vlog. For some, like Syd, Sedona and Nobodyschild, they thrive vlogging because their personalities are able to shine through. For me though, I don't think that my personality will shine to brightly. I have learned that I can talk without feeling. What I mean is, I can recite my life history in about 20 minutes, hitting on all of the high and low points without an ounce of emotion. For me, however, I can not stay impersonal when it comes to writing. This seems kind of backwards, but to me, words have power when they are written, (typed, bled). When I write I feel it all. Every emotion, every doubt every question. So, at least for now, I think I am going to blog... try not to be so disappointed, there are so many stars here already, you wont miss one more...LOL

You are making a great start.

I have been a member of Weight Watchers for a couple years now and did great with their program. I haven't been following it since September last year and I've gained some of the weight back. I want to get back on track because I'm now having some of the same physical ailments again that started me going in the first place.

Just take one day at a time.
