The bw footage in the beginning is theodore roosevelt, the middle was some footage of the Clock dance, I would have to check my puter to see if I still have the vid that I uploaded to use for it. The ending is Nancy Sinatra I think but I can't remember.

Lima, I've found this YouTube guy who posts (usually so-so quality, unfortunately) dance numbers from mostly cheesey bible epics from the 1950s and 1960s. I keep thinking I'll find a use for something, but not so far. He might be a resource for you at some point. Anyway, they are kind of fun to look at.
