Whatever floats your boat...
I got these effects using FCE's green screen feature. I painted different parts of the ornate 'f' in the thumbnail green, and used the resulting clip to composite some other footage I created.
The music is from the Abdulmajid section of the Hero Symphony by Philip Glass

Very creative and good edits Geoff, and I like the music selection as well.
That music is "effing" perfect. Love the edits and the subtle and not so subtle color usage.
It says : "Something serious is going down."
How wonderfully clever you are!!! Very pleasing to the eye and ear.
Now I'm going to steal and play with it (at least for my own amusement). *wink*
very cool. it made me think of the opening credits of a deep, dark movie. Beautiful.
Lima! It's been good to see you around leaving comments. I hope you have a wonderful (and creative) 2012.
Thank you, Amy. Philip Glass actually reworked two David Bowie/Brian Eno albums, Heroes and Low. I cut myself a hunk of the Heroes Symphony for this video.
Marie, you are welcome to play with this footage. I'm thinking about putting together a tutorial video on how I work with luma key and green screen compositing. It isn't difficult technically, though it does take a little time.
Thank you very much for watching and commenting, Dana!
*chuckles* Oh I wouldn't ~dare touch your video... it's perfection. I'm going to steal your ~idea and try imitating your style. ;-)
Thanks Geoff :)
I am looking forward the the sequel with the letter U. LOL. Kidding. This evokes a very ornery mood.
Chig...haha!
I'm always so jealous of you artistic, creative types...! Very, very nice :-)
