The Ark

Whatever floats your boat...

radiohead and home for the holidays.

I filmed this at christmas time last year when I went back home... I like watching it from time to time when I get homesick, so thought I would post it here.

Oh Lima, I love this one. The 1950's-early 60's 16 mm film effect is just perfect. This made *me* homesick and I'm *at* home. Wonderful images and music and editing,...just perfect.

The scary part is you probably did not speed up the road footage. You drive that fast and just threw in the speedometer footage to confuse us, right?

Going home to an old place, a place that had a history even before yours became a part of it. Very atmospheric, Lima.

@chig, I used the fast motion on the entire film, so yes, I was driving slow, those roads back home are like 35 mph... me don't wanna ticket... no can do.
@Nature, yes, much history indeed, and believe me I was brought up on it, breakfast lunch and dinner... kinda glad now that I look back, although when I was younger did not seem to care as much.
@LT, =P

I like this soo much, thank you for sharing what maybe the most closed away deepest tear makes it the hardest one to shed, and this video did it for me like a faucet turned on and not just a sleepy little leak. To me I call for a healing to a stream is to a river is to the ocean is to going home.  did that all from 3 feet of this crazy computer monitor.
