Love it when I can actually watch one of your vids (usually there's some weird neon-green bleed going on).

Are these experiments you're doing to play around with line, form, and motion and what not?

Howdy, Syd. I'm glad you could watch this one and a little sad that some of the others don't play. I wonder how many other people are having the same problem. I'd probably be in Hollywood by now except that all David Geffen sees is that neon bleed when he drops by.

Yes, I'm often trying something new out in my vids. The ocean effect is something I need for a longer video and in fact I more or less had it figured out many months ago but kept getting distracted. I took a Japanese kimono stencil and luma-keyed it over the same stencil being moved slightly and a marbled endpaper. (I also tried it out over both black and white and color footage of water but the I like the marbled paper best). So there was a semi-technical question I needed to answer and a practical need.

I used green screening to play with flop's name. I have something more complicated in mind--still using green screen and the same typeface--but I thought I could pull off something nice and simple for now.
