The Ark

Whatever floats your boat...

Hello Arkians!

Hope all is well on your side of the monitor.

I'm hearing buzz around these here Internetz about another Ning ultimatum coming down the road (early summer) and while I haven't yet gone too deep into what the options are yet, I wanted to first get a raise of hands as to who is still interested in keeping the Ark afloat.

All I need is a YES in the comments below to let me know who's still in this.

If I get roughly a dozen or so, I'll keep at it and will post an update next week (Spring Break!) about the plan as we move ahead (or not).

Your co-cap, Syd.

Hey Geoff.  No worries about the dues.  I just want to be sure the Ark's still relevant for Arkians.  I haven't been present much this past year, but I personally have opted out of platforms like Google+ and Facebook so the Ark and Vloggerheads are the only venues left where I feel I still have a connection to vlogger-folk I care for and admire.

I take it for granted, though, and I wish I could say I was good at keeping those connections alive.  :o)

YES !.  ...but you knew that.

I am also willing to send money to your paypal and just so you know, you're a constant and beloved  presence in my psyche. So that's 3 including you which means we only need 9 more. I'd love to stay and chat but I hafta' go open some sock accounts.

Howdy SydTheSkeptic

Greetings from Not Europe

Although I spend most of the time sitting on the prow staring at the sea it gives me comfort to know I can reach the rest of the crew should need arise because we have a vessel. When I’m in this crazy port it’s always nice to know that I have a home ship. So I guess that would be an unequivocal yes. Got to go now to report to the Captain that I see Chig & Lt. Adams2247 molesting the figurehead again.

Oh hell yeah! And like the others, I'm also willing to pay dues.

(BTW, who is the co-cap?)
