The Ark

Whatever floats your boat...

I don't care what anybody says. I loved it.

.....and I'm looking forward to a sequel where they go back in time to stop Benedict Cumberbatch's character while he was young (played by Charlie McDermott from "The Middle")  to avoid the future disastrous results of the shenanigans he would visit on the world.

This is one of three sci-fi blockbusters this year I will actually fork out dough to see. My best friend got tickets to a sneak preview a couple weeks ago and raved. Also waiting for Elysium and Ender's Game.

Iron Man 3, I will wait for on DVD. Not because I expect it to be bad, but just 'cause I'm cheap.

I have not seen it yet.   However,I would like you to poke Pen in the ribs and say "CAPTAIN KIRK" for me!

Maybe next summer on a rainy day I'll watch 'Star Trek Into Darkness' on DVD at the cottage. I'm totally out of the loop regarding movies or tv. *But...! OM*censored*gawd! 'Ender's Game!' They're making a movie of Ender's Game!!!!! One of my favorite books! Made my kids read it! The sequels are a waste of time and OSC is a tool - but my gawd I love that book! Good or crap movie - I'll still shell out the bucks, buy popcorn and pop and sit in the theatre for the first Saturday matinee showing available!!! Rant or rave - a must see for me!

It's brilliant. Several nerdgasms were had throughout.

Finally saw it last weekend. 100x better than the first film, imo. Perhaps it was even more enjoyable in the AMC theater they redesigned to compete with home viewing comfort. 78 leather recliner seats per theater, same ticket price as ever. KHAAAAAAAAAN!!!!!

Saw IronMan 3 for mother's day too. You may even feel as I do about movie franchises, that "enough is enough" and how much money can you suck out of one story,  but that was pretty impressive for a third film.  In fact, it was tweeked for a contemporary feel that really worked for me.

Will see it soon. I am half way through the book now.
