Should I keep collecting my parents social security, or tell the doctors to withhold medication to expedite my inheriting of the house with everything in it? What are the tax advantages? You don't have to make a decision right away......we are not going to see an up-turn in the market for years. I say...let it ride. That will give your folks a false sense of security, believe that you really love them and BOOM...they will you the whole walnut, lazy boy included. Your home free in a couple of years. LITERALLY. ;0)
