Must be good.  I may have to show this to DogMom.  What make and model is that food processor?   Is it pretty sturdy?  I had bought this industrial one and a part broke on it within a month.

It's just a "magic bullet", not very impressed with it compared to the commercial they have on it...you can use a blender if you don't have a processor, with the consistency of the vegetables it won't be hard to make a paste with the blender. (you can also use a masher and do it by hand).    If you come across a good processor let me know!

I have eaten 4 dozen wontons in the past few days.

Outstanding.  I'm going to make these little nuggets of goodness Friday night.  I'll let you know how it goes.  I think I'll either skip the cauliflower or replace it with little pieces of paneer.  Not a huge cauliflower fan but it doesnt look like it over powers the dish.

Thanks for sharing.  Look delicious.

Amy & Piper,Thank you.  I think the video took longer to make then the won tons did!

I think you will both enjoy them immensely, very easy to make.

I think the best flavor of the veggie won ton falls in the celery department.  I did not have much cauliflower really in the mix, just a cup of the frozen medley it was more so broccoli stems and carrots.  They're so many substitutions you can do, the trick is not to use too much of anything so it does not over power the taste of all the veggies combined.

you can also steam them, but I have not tried that yet.

I saw your pic of those on FB when you made them..To find out they are so healthy..is joyfully exciting, but I'd have to have help to get me to cook anything elaborate these days. GOOD on YOU!  One of my good friends family's owned a chinese restaurant and we used to make the wontons after school!

Sara, they are prob. most healthy steamed / baked, but there is something about that crispy crunch of the wrap that sucks me into having them friend.  I bet ya'll had a blast in the restaurant kitchen!
