It occurs to me that your leftover quilts, being constructed from materials from the six quilts you made previous to each one, remind me of the documentary "7 Up" series, in which Michael Apted has been interviewing a group of people every seven years since they were seven years old ("56 Up" should be out in another year). With every film, we see something new in each of the people, but they are still the full accumulation of every thing we've seen of them before. This quilt is a kind of "28 Up" in my mind, if that makes any sense. And it's beautiful.

Ken did well with his improvising for the unveiling. Loving the elephant background drop going on there. I really do like that blue. Came out beautiful and I love the pattern design for the back.
You look great and you almost match the quilt in colors. Excellent!
