@ Christine - I'm on the other side of that coin. I was raised by a religious family and worked as a mentor in schools (two not related) and decided that both weren't for me. You're right in that that pretty much gave me the lack of purpose feeling but I still don't think theology is the answer for me. Thank you for your insightful comment though. Appreciate it.
