Oh that was FUN!! And your friend made me smile.
I'm gonna try to do that (cam on while snowboarding) and maybe just have it attached to something around my hip (so it's mostly facing front).
Was that this last week? I thought it was snowing a lot over by your neck of the woods but it doesn't look like the valley got anything.

Actually it was yesterday. no snow here, but there is some left on the slopes from the maker. Yeah it was really hard to use the cam and try to rotate your hips to turn so I was mostly going sideways slowly trying to do that shot... just not what I was hoping it to be. The hip thing might work, perhaps like a web belt over your coat with the cam attached? I thought of hanging it around my neck, but just not sure how that would turn out.

It's kind of risky but probably the best place would be a band around the downslope knee. Every other part of the body's rotating left to right.
It'd have to be a green run, though. lol

Syd, the thing about the knee is I rotate left and right, so I can be facing left going downhill, and rotate to the right and go downhill, which means I would be filming behind me or to the side if I rotated... Perhaps just a head cam would be the best thing to go with? That was the bunny slope, perhaps that is the problem, perhaps I should have done a black and just filmed the crash and all with the cam pulling me back.
Spacemonkey, where can I read up on that cam? linky linky please! These are baby slopes about 5 minutes from the house... they don't really count, more of just a quick fix.

That is nowhere near the minimum dose for nature... You still have two cut down trees videos, pollute the ocean video and one smog on the side to go! =)

I learned how to snowboard last year and have only done it once this year. I enjoy it. It's the hot coco after that makes it all worth it.
I would never attempt to video my skills.....mainly cause I got none....ha.
