Okay, I'm going to risk appearing to be an idiot by asking, but that rotary tool: it looks like a pizza cutter for fabric. Does it have an advantage over scissors?

Now that I'm all caught up on these videos, I find myself anxiously awaiting DAY 29, and the suspense is killing me.

it's on its way
rotary cutter, the board is expensive. I can't imagine doing any piecing without it.
