Your belief might be right on the money and I'm not suggesting taking up stonerhood, but isolation of the compounds that are effective might lead to safer ways of administering what could be a very useful drug in the arsenal.

It seems to me you're doing just fine without an Alexander teacher. After all, F.M. Alexander taught himself. I believe in self-teaching.
