On Sunday October 10th, I watched the CBS Morning Show about Julian Lennon. It's inspiring to see his perspective and how he has coped and moved on.
The saddest part about the interview I saw (3:45) was how Julian has to now try to find his father's belongings through auctions and has to buy them back along with his childhood. I find that such a shame.
If I owned a piece of "Lennon Memorabilia" that was an actual "owned" item of John's and not just something that was signed, regardless of how much I may have spent to purchase it, I think I'd get greater satisfaction out of giving it to Julian than let it collect dust on a shelf in my home.
Yeah, I agree, If I had something that would be considered a memory of your past that you have been searching for, I would give it to you... however now-a-days I am at that point in my life if I am not using it, get rid of it... and just let go...
wow... 70 years... I always imagined John Lennon being younger than my parents for some reason, and I realize I am off on that thought.
Julian seems more like his father, and Sean like Yoko.
Good Vid Clip.
Need any kitchen stuff?

@ Lima .. If you catch him at the right angle you can see a lot of John in Sean, but that's all I can see. ... Kitchen stuff, well, if it's still good and you're just gonna toss it, sure :P
