Whatever floats your boat...

A fast approach by plane robs the journey of anticipation, a slow approach by road always begins with the hope of a pleasant trip, and continues with the hope of simply reaching the destination.

That snowy bridge gave me a moment of panic, so beautiful and scary....ha. Wonderful music and photos.

That white tower/stick with script on it, last frame of the video, what was that? Some kind of religious thing? Looks like it's in the middle of nowhere.

What was that building at 1:22?

Where in India were these taken?

Thanks for watching.
@Pypermarru1,... I had my moment of panic with that bridge as well. Usually they bounce a bit when you walk over them but this one was laden with very heavy wet snow, you could feel the weight under every step and relief upon reaching the other side. The white marker is next to a path way up on a mountainside, apparently they are called “Peace Poles”. The message comes in different languages and since then I’ve seen that they have been placed here and there elsewhere in the world.
@ Syd,... That’s the “Palace of the Winds” in Jaipur. It is actually just a thin facade, wide enough that the finer ladies in town, in times gone by, used to sit behind the windows and observe the goings on in the marketplace down below, without being seen.

That’s the way he makes his living. I found him in Calcutta outside the Indian Museum. He buries his head in the sidewalk with a snorkel and does yoga,... as well as you can with your head buried. There’s a blanket spread around for the passersby (customers) to put their money. A young boy sits on the stairs of the museum entrance to guard the profits. (It’s difficult to keep an eye on your money with your head buried.)
