Very interesting issue. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I have a aversion to government controled anything. I suppose I need to learn more about it. You have sparked my interest in the matter.

VERY interesting,...it reminds of a movie with Tim Robbins,...where you can get arrested for dating the wrong person,...dang,..can't think of the name,... "CODE 46",..yeah, that's it.
I'm torn on this one. It could help track criminals but I rarely trust humans to wield such power strictly for good. Oy,...
