I've always love/hated this Ann Margret Classic.

I agree but couldn't have said it nearly so well. The movie seems to embody a lot of the qualities it is gently satirizing. It's a sneaky and clever movie like some of those Doris Day-Rock Hudson movies. It will probably keep cultural anthropologists busy in future centuries excavating the 20th century North American psyche.

But we all know they'll really just be super-into ogling Ann-Margret.
