Hate on me but at least admit you laughed.

Cuz it's brighter over on that broad human landscape.

Is "romance in the world" more about having a love affair with life, in general? Cuz I am SO down with that. ;o)

On the last day of my life, (assuming my brain has not been crushed by a grand piano that's fallen off a scaffold), I would like to be able to answer the question, "have I truly had love in my life" with an unequivocal "YES!" If that day were today..I'm not sure how I'd answer, and that sucks.

I just posted a new discussion on the group page. I'm loving this concept of romance in the broader sense. It occurs to me that a romantic view of the world is not unlike being a religious person, but instead of focusing on things of the spirit, romantics focus on things of the earth (but the unspoiled earth, not the trash that humans have added to it).

Hey,...just so ya know, my first meeting with you was VERY romantic. My first ever on-line meet up,..scary, exciting, beautiful, fun, extremely important in a meaningful,
" care for the future of the world" way. Umm,..and if I was blessed with lesbianism or even bi-ism ('kay, I just don't know how else to refer to it), I would have TOtally jumped you in your sleep when you were looking all Mother Mary and shit, falling asleep after an hour of editing late into a District of Columbia night,..oh f*ck it. We're coming to Micronesia and drugging you if we have to,...
oh wait,..romance?,...sex?,...I always get those two confused.
