Neither. We are but animals run on instinct. good and bad are imaginary labels. Tell me how you define "good" or "bad" and I'll answer the question. Example: "Have a child with your spouse" - good. Premarital sex - bad. In both instances humans are following their basic instinct to mate to ensure the survival or the species. It's the same thing. It humans defining things as good and bad. Define a major animal instinct in humans as bad, then yes. They're naturally inclined to do bad. Vice versa.
Darn I should have watched this video first . I misread the title and started to make a "Good in bed" video.
oops. Well, I better hang the nightie back up in the closet.

I'm inclined to agree with LtAdams on this, but there are many documented cases of animals of other species exhibiting what humans would consider to be altruistic behavior, so I would say that our instincts drive us not only to compete for resources (which can result is doing harm to others), but also drive us to care for community (which might involve individual sacrifice so that others can survive). If you define good and bad in terms of creating harm or benefits, the inclination for both seems to be in our genes.
good and bad as LtAdams said is based on our instincts however growing up and our environment also plays a big part in how we assess what is good and bad like growing up i was taught stealing is a bad thing but i had everything i ever needed to survive however one who is less fortunate would find steealing to be a good way to live and survive. it depends on a persons circumstances not everyone has the same values or the sam definition of good and bad
