That's some seriously cool symphonic composing there Scott. As I was listening and watching the images I couldn't help but think how perfectly the music embodies the chipmunk ballet we've been experiencing here. Our beloved Thea (girl-munk) was challenged by an interloper. She came limping up to us one morning minus a rear-left leg and one toe on the remaining leg and half of her nose. We thought she was done for. Now, 2 weeks later, her nose has grown back and she triumphantly scrambles around nimbly in her newly adapted tri-pod style. Once again she rules the roost.
....so for me this vid was like watching 2 ballets at once.
Nice work all !
Thank-you! That's quite an ordeal your chippie has gone through. Hope she can get by the rest of her life without anymore experiences like the one that turned her into a tripod.
It was f*%king awful, Scott. We wanted to scoop her up and take her to the vet but pen read online that the best thing to do for them is also the hardest thing : Nothing.
Being man-handled by a HUge mammal is enough to stress them to death. They are amazingly quick healers when left to healing.
Thea makes us feel like wussies. She is back and better, brighter, stronger than before. OOO, I just thought of a good idea for a television series...
...which is why the triumphant ending to your symphony is so perfect for the munk-ballet.
.....and this really is cool Diesel. I'm sorry I made it about what's going on with me when I commented but the music is powerful and just hit me that way. I did not mean to detract from all the great work from you, Ken and CharTres. Very cool.
It's all groovy, Miss Blanche. It was an interesting disclosure into your life. 8-)
