@ Steve- I thank you immensely for the encouragement and for watching. I hope It's entertaining whilst it's not choreographed with a particular purpose in mind. I hope to elevate to that level. Gotta have goals! Lets see what the knees-and kid-knees think as time passes.

@ BlancheNoE - Sincere thanks!  That was the FIRST time I got the airwalk straight and steady enough to look good. It's got so much better after making this, DANG IT, but it's captured in a smexydance video I didn't post.    My goal is to do the airwalk Inverted AND to learn Jennyne Butterfly's descent from shoulder mount in a reverse airwalk. That's a major feat of control and strength I totally want to "own". Thank you , thank you for "getting it".

You have come a long way, sista. I'm hurting just watching this. IN MY PANTS!

Aleks requested I tell you he aprechiates the art you do. Then he requested more paper towels.

Oh come on guys, like you're not thinking the same thing ;-)

@Willie - Hello There old friend! I am glad to hear you are keeping up and enjoying your fitness and meditative path. I know it brings you so much joy and peace in life. I still spend the majority of my time on stretching and strength training before i ever get onto this equipment so I never let go of the yoga stuff. Thank you for the encouragement. I work really hard whenever the body is cooperative but try not to get more injured.  i wish you the same..and it's funny you come around just as I walked back into the classroom again so recently.  I really miss the kids but this is only temporary.  STay well and check-in with us!

@Adams - Thanks for noticing the results. That side effect there; I'm sorry?

@Aleks - I am glad you appreciate my art.  I DO remember Tink visiting a guy who had some interesting  reading material at the bedside....no need to find a cure

What exactly is your relationship to that pole? Is it your fifth limb? Your conduit to Zero Gravity? You are amazing and beautiful. This is awesome stuff.

Comment by ThatGirl on October 9, 2013 at 11:48am

@Spaceman- is that a Good woah or a Bad woah?

@ NJ - Madame, I thank you immensely for your appreciation, your encouragement and taking the time to give it a watch/chance. I hope to increase my skillset so much more. I am married to just a few hand-grip techniques here because of the right hand weakness.   If it looks effortless, I did something right.  Thank you again...

You make it look so easy, the strength is hidden in the beauty of your movements. You need a higher ceiling for aerial silks! It would be a snap for you. '-)

@Marie-  Awesome thought, silks. I am a big fan of Lyra, Silks and Pole. Friends who use silks say they are able to advance in their Flexibility more quickly.  I often dream about turning my house into just one big gym....sincere thanks for watching and appreciating. Some days I'm so weak, the metal pole is like being beaten and I'm helpless, so silks would be so glorious!
