You know, when we were watching you make that omelette I was thinking that it looked more like moldy  American white cheddar but I wasn't going to say anything ...

*rushes to store to look for really moldy American white cheddar*

@BlancheNoE: I couldn't afford the real Bleu Cheese, so it WAS moldy American. I actually didn't eat the whole disgusting thing either. After a few nauseating bites, I tossed the rest into my neighbor's mailbox.
