Ken, omigosh, there's this place down the road called The Rusty Anchor. The woman who owns it is French and she makes this one salmon dish where the salmon is encrusted with this flaky pastry dough and it's also got some light cheese and spinach inside...
Holy bejeezus, I'm not even a big salmon fan, but the salmon is the BEST ever in that dish.

@Syd, that sounds soooo delicious! If you like smoked salmon, I'm guessing it's also amazing there. I'm very jealous, and hungry now. ;)
