Whatever floats your boat...
I just stumbled across that Felix Baumgartner doesn't hold the record for highest free fall anymore.
Score one for the Amerian nerds. Sorry Austrian athletes.
Yay, American Nerds!
and, oh, hello there, stranger. Some of us are still alive and not afraid to say it. how 'bout you?
Glad to hear it! Lost my Mom earlier this week. Lost my dog a month ago.... but I am still here.
@Bruce - so sorry. I know what a long struggle it was for her. There are no words anyone can ever say, and time is just a thing we are subject to, but I am here, and I care and understand about loss. Sometimes you think you don't have anything left that you can lose. I've been running on empty for so long, I can't remember what it was like not to be clinging onto shreds. I guess that means, we just have to hold tight to what we have, and keep searching the earth for more good we can do. Take it slow and breathe, I know you know how to get yourself grounded out under the big sky....
That damn unrelenting Sun just keeps coming UP every morning, and we get up and go fight or it's game over.
Sorry about your fur-baby. Life will place more precious innocents in your lap (this is a FACT) because you are a good dog-daddy and they need you.You give to each of them a happy and safe life with your family. It will come again and each life you touch is never forgotten when their little time is done. You give them the comfort they would never get anywhere else, to their last minute. I know it's hard, it never gets easier but you are a special person who is here for those guys and I look forward to seeing you make more happy days for pups who need you.
... Hopefully, Time will let you find ways to honor your mom by doing things you know she wants you to do in this world.
Thanks DS. Lots of stuff to keep us all busy and running.. another day today and another tomorrow and the day after....
