Thank you Blanchie. It's been a long road with a LOT of stops in between but at this particular moment, I'm making the most of what I have to work with and enjoying the health benefits. against the odds.. so when I get it ..I like to remember...thanks for the encouragement. It cant be appreciated in a still photo since its all motion but these are the best way I can capture some of the strength in what Im doing...
