Yeah, there's just not that many "end-products" I can get behind. I think I could sell Tempurpedic mattresses,...maybe, but I REALLY love those.

The last edit was the actual last shot from "The Great Train Robbery," the subject of that final stamp. The movie is famous for that shot, for being a very early example of parallel cutting, and, questionably, for being the very first Western. There is a legend that at least one member of an early audience stood up and shot back at the screen. Kinda like the stories of audiences panicking in France at a Lumiere Brothers film that featured a train coming straight at the camera.

All the stamp edits were conceived and executed many months ago. One thing I love about Final Cut Express, the editing software I'm just getting used to, is that I can lay down my narrative track and then place cutaways and illustrations on the video tracks above. Then I can nudge them around or experiment with composite effects rather casually.
