Some other advantages to having your own Ning for the exclusive purpose of storing your vids there:
You can private your site- have no members at all but you can send an URL of a video that's there for private viewing, just like on YouTube. So it's a way to private your vids.
Also, you can organize your vids by "Groups" on your own site.
Also, you can make really short response vids, the way we used to do on LiveVideo...remember? We called them TAGS, but you can also make short vid responses to certain vids and embed them as comments in the comment sections without having to upload the vid to the actual site! I like that!
