Shakuntala - after she has been rejected by the king, who earlier seduced her and made her pregnant. Now he has denied that he ever knew her, a questionable 'memory loss'.
Kapila Venu, is playing this role from the Kuttiyatam play by Kalidasa. Kuttiyatam is the oldest Sanskrit theatre form, dating back earlier than 2,000 years.

Over here we might call that over-acting but in context it's brilliant.

Unfortunately, I can deeply relate. Thanks for sharing that. It should make for some interesting dreams.
