NJ -Yes it is yoga! Some day I hope to be able to do some of those moves!
BlancheNoE - Thanks, I need to hang here more often, but school has been taking up most of my free time... :^( It's always good to see you too! *waves back with gusto*
NC99 - Yes, we have had a lot of fun Wednesday nights trying to do some of that stuff but it may take a while. Was so excited last week when I went from crow to a tripod headstand and back down to crow again!! Didn't even know I could do that. I think most kids are natural yogis. I look forward to the break dancing vid!
