I have a friend who started out with a super 8 camera and a bunch of golf tees when he was little. He'd move 'em around stop action style like in your vlog. Eventually he worked on a few commercials and he did make a couple short films, but he never quite broke through professionally as an animator.

But he couldn't sing worth a damn...
