And I thought I had it bad!

@steve - there were 30 barn cats here last year, but no mice!  We're down to about 8 barn cats now, thanks to Craigslist.

@Maddog - It's even worse: I also shot me cleaning out the stalls, pushing up the manure pile, repairing some fence sections, and gathering eggs.  I'll be milking the cow again once she calves, so that'll be enough for another farm video.

What an interesting insight into your life, Jim. I had no idea you lived with so many farm animals, and so many different kinds. I envy your life! Well, not the mucking out the stalls part. But definitely the cuddling the rabbits part.

Happy to share, NJ.  We're going to the auction today to (hopefully) pick up 3-4 pigs.  But it's not entirely a petting zoo here.  We're having rabbit for New Years dinner, and (hopefully) ham for Easter.

Wow, what a menagerie you have there! *chuckles* Guess you don't know the meaning of a day off let alone:  holiday

Amen to that, Marie.  After we pulled a roofing nail out of Jiminy's hoof, we spent all day today planting and tilling.  With pigs on their way, we have to produce a bit more crops this year.

(How Jiminy got on the roof is beyond me!)
