@BlancheNoE: WARNING - Only use a slight hint of Bleu Cheese. Most other varieties of Cheese make excellent omelets, of course, and can be added in great quantity, but Bleu Cheese has way too overwhelming a flavor to add the extreme amount I did in this video.

Yum yum *takes notes* One can never have enough blue cheese. Brie too vanilla... ;-)
