and a piece of paper and pen... what would you say to your loved ones?

This question has been inspired by a song which was inspired by a mining tragedy a few years ago.. 13 miners died, but they left short notes for their families...so what would you say with the few moments you had left.

I figured I would answer my own question.. unlike my sister who asks a question but then avoids answering it...LOL.. just kidding syd.

If I only had a few moments left I would tell my family to remember how much I loved them and to make sure to love one another.

I thought about this when I heard stories of all the people who returned home on 9/11 and heard the final voice messages of loved ones who worked at the World Trade Center. No doubt, my final message would be a simple reaffirmation of love---and a reminder to my sister about where I stored my beneficiary documents and an admonition not to spend it all on candy.
