Friends inside the Ark

Those of you who know me know that I don't have any friends, never have done the 'friends' thing.
But now, with this LVidian ARK I decided if I were ever going to do it, this would be the place. Shortly after joining yesterday I received 5 friends requests and accepted them all! I already thought of them as friends.
Now I see that they have all been transferred onto my Vloggerhead channel, and I don't do friends there. So I removed them from my VH channel, and that removed them from the ARK.
Seems a little peculiar. Are they linked in some way?
Has Syd found the way to lasso me? I kind of liked looking at their images in my 'friends', and would like them back, but would just prefer doing that sort of snuggling here in the ARK.
