I myself have struggled with who i am inside this vessel.. I am a woman.. but dont really feel like one. When i look in the mirror, i dont see a woman looking back at me.. im not sure what i see.. but its not a real woman. Recently (last night even) i was watching vids from FTM transgender folks and wondered myself if thats who i am. No idea but its certainly an interesting topic!

Comment by PaintedRavensong (Ravensinger) on April 10, 2010 at 10:44pm: Amy...I really feel for you because despite my changes over the past few years, I still sort of felt like I always did...BUT...recently, I have begun to dress a little differently and even though I'm not more masculine, I do feel like a gender in between. So, perhaps there's really supposed to be many genders and not just the two that everyone tries to neatly fit into. I'm glad that you shared this. I watch two transgendered people on YT, both FTM and MTF and I admire each so very much for being so authentic and true to themselves.
