City Lights Promo; Need Feedback

If any of your viddy chums have technical feedback, I would love to hear it.
Mainly about the background noise when Kit speaks, and the "grainy" transitions from word frames to speaking frames.
Any input regarding overall audio knowledge( i.e. what gear one can use with a Flip Video to maximize audio quality...if there is such a thing) is also welcome.

I made this with a Flip Video HD, edited in in Final Cut Express 4 on a Mac.
