Would a closed group on Facebook work, or is that too limited? Is there another option?

Hi Sue.  There are some members who want to keep their facebook profiles for only friends / family and professional acquaintences, so probably not.  Good thought though.   I am waiting to hear from Ning  (crossing fingers) to take over financial responsibility for the Ark on Ning.    If Ning were to fold, there are always other places like Wordpress which has features like Videopress... or the Vimeo thing Amy mentioned.  We would definitely want to make sure it is a safe environment before/if we need to go elsewhere.  i.e.  no rampant hacking which some of the more popular sites undergo.
