Holy Canoli Batman, Evangeline Lilly as an ELF, ROCKED IT SO HARD, dude! You HAVE to see "Desolation of Smaug". dont know if you're a big Tolkien fan. She was BEAUTIFUL and Badazz. I didnt do my research on this one-Had my head down too long?! and had NO idea she was cast. Thought of you the whole time she was on screen.

I found this thoughtful video summary of this man's painful life and complicated choices in a dramatic way that excluded all the other elements in the story. Very soul clenching

srsly., i'm expecting alot of Jesse and Walt's at my door. As tightly wound as these people pretend to be around here, at Halloween I see all kinds signs there's a "person" in there somewhere, just DYING to be who they REALLY are.

Catch it if you didn't. Heart's performance was pretty incredible and the ensemble tributes were pretty grand. 

Awesome on the Breaking Bad. I've been busy this summer watching the whole series. Incredible show. Hope you are enjoying. I'm excited for Boardwalk Empire to restart and watching The Killing. Minimonk's favorite. He's got quite the dark side in his writing and art....wonder where that came from?

FINALLY took the time to watch "Blood and Chrome". It was delightful and sad at the same time. Made me want to commit to rewatching the ENTIRE series again. Well, there are summer late nights upcoming.

OMFG. I cannot WAIT for "The Family" with DeNiro this Fall. It's kinda close to home for me. and you'll like the theme song.  I dunno how you like mob films, but . well, I'm from Brooklyn and I can't seem to shake it out here in the burbs either..and the rest of the family is in AZ.
