update waiting for exploratory tues 10-04

hospital next day until thursday exploratory is still going in on Tuesday.

Kidney failure was on the menu of possibilities from bunCreatinine numbers, so no avoiding the exploratory on Tuesday.

october 3 - so Im back on liquid diet after 1.5 days of light food. GI bleed. they let me have a little time on food because ive been in here so long


you would think liquid diet means give you water, but no one brings it, and you cant get it
the IV is not enough, im on the one loaded with potassium and to keep you from clotting im on all kinds of meds so the bruises are worse but still getting better over time
didnt know my jaw and head together could hurt this much because my neck back and stomach hurt so bad the first few days you couldnt feel the rest. so they came in and gave me injections in both shoulders because I lost sensation in both arms except for movement. so now i cant lift them and cant feel anyone touching them except if you press. touching my own arms feels like warm jello. weird but Im sure this will resolve and cant be permanent theres just so much my body is fighting at once and inflammation, whiplash and apparently rotator cuff tear is causing impingement. Yes, i had 4 more CTS. Im going to be glowing and all that concern and effort I made to stop being radiated at work, seems to have been a sacrifice bigger than it was worth. If i stayed in flouro id have been done though a few years ago. who knows what Ill do now. doors feel like theyre closing in so tight, my ability to squeeze through the eye of a needle may be less likely with more strikes against me than being smart can make up for. Gave into the gown 4 days ago and am allowed to disconnect now because im done being pumped fulltime with the supps to keep kidneys liver and heart going during the bleed. glad for this room and the nurses is all i can say. glad for 5G or id destabilize quicker. can only hope to get out by end of week or weekend and then its a chore to recover and rehab with PT and whatnot.



now on IV pain meds..holy ballz if it wears off , its unpleasant. the gut is def busy bleeding but its not internal its GI so blood tests arent giving us the best calculation of how much no blood vomit thats good its abdominal, and pelvic.

theyre not allowed to use water fountains anymore due to covid so if they cant give you a water bottle, you get no water.



am STILL GRATEFUL to Mercedes. regardless of anything im breathing and my adult kids who dont realize still have a mother at this moment

SAME CLOTHES 3 days. but i earned the hospital gown this morning becaue now im on leads and prepping for surgery in AM.

there is no more hospital gown unless you are going into surgery. another covid related change. there is NOTHIng used in a hospital that is not fresh sealed and disposable. tis why we have a DRINKING WATER problem, wtf, how much does one water bottle every few hours cost when thats the only thing the patient needs to stay alive???


ok, see if i can quit this life on Tuesday. lets see if the date works 10/04/2022.
