jade 2015- starting point (after training with ankle weights on floor for months)

definitely flatter even on the first try in a year.

the disproportion of muscle when weight training without pole, grosses me out so much I got back on the pole just to balance out - I am SO short, i can't ALSO appear stout, or have a triangle upper body when i have the legs of a 10 year old. #shortpeopleproblems #wehaveplenty
