UPDATE - dec 2019- I Passed/finished evals and -Licensed with BOP

dec 2019- So i tutored Z for 3 attempts and she finally gave up trying. The remainder of the 12 final graduates quit at this point. so I am the ONLY licensee from the entire program from 2017-2018. this is WHY my workplace didnt even recognize my qualifications- Theyve never hired anyone with this credential. Corporate Loved it- Local office tried to suspend me FOR it. God im surrounded by idiots. Southern Charm is just a word for unfounded arrogance for I don't know WHAT reason. there is NO culture, no food, no diversity, a boatload of racism that keeps people angry and isolated..so many guns, you cant go shopping without seeing them everywhere...just a joke. We SEARCH for culture and there is NONE outside of college towns. A history of racism violence and separatism is not culture. Food that was acquired from slave creativity is not Culture, its appropriation..so ..meh....theres nothing here.

They actually tried to suspend me thinking i "fabricated it" until I had the NatlBd CALL THEM. No one else has them in my area-people are SO undereducated, there is NO talent pool. This explains why the top of every industry is equivalent to the bottom in TRW (say NY NJ CA) . the professionals who employ me are dumber than the people who work for them. The state certified 8000 people since the exam started 2 decades ago- mostly in NOVA DC and around CVille. I have to do my time in the trenches

I grew up in such a competitive area , I never imagined people could be this dumb and keep an area functioning- I've come to understand, its not REALLY functioning, and they dont desire to improve because there IS no standard or pressure to perform. Everything is so far below par, from education to govt to construction - it ALL makes sense why my house was falling down and still got a CO.

Medicine Is a nightmare and filled with employees acquired on a govt incentive which excludes the highest qualified-it's main goal is to offer to pay 50% of the salary of any employee they can get OFF government checks...soooo, I can't get through the filter for hospitals YET. I have to rise to where I am irresistable, but that never happens, because with NO standards, its no longer about the HIGHEST qualified, its just bodies. Ive got 1 decent doctor- the rare transplant from NewJersey.

Cant wait to escape the Failure that is the South. What a joke. We just laugh our way through - you have to remove All expectations. Nothing is done to an acceptable standard and the people are so dumb and uncultured, they dont k ow the difference. Explains things like McDonalds and PizzaHut. They just dont know and have no expectations.

I PASSED the Impossible Licensing Exam.
Pass Rate has dropped to 18% as of 2018.
For those retaking the exam up to 4 times, the Avg is 50% PassRate

I have been so depressed and stressed about losing precious time

I have not slept since end of September 2018....and Not skipped a day of studying (7 a week), even rushing through holidays at the last minute shopping and creating a Thanksgiving and a Christmas. I want to rest my brain RN. Several years leading up to this, I can finally take a break from learning and studying.

Im going to take some time sleeping, enjoying music and creating. No one is ready for this, there is no amount of preparing , it pulls from everything from everywhere in complex ways and if you dont know one random detail, you're sunk.

Now I will have another Arrow in my Quiver of professional licenses to use to petition to GTFO of this shithole the day I decide
