When I get hurt- I have to prove What my body can do so I dont lose muscle and nerve conduction. i go do a split each time just in case it might be my last. If the joints
dislocate anyway-nothing to lose. I have not been able to work out for months... PT starts tomorrow for my hands and arms . I dont expect much- just to be able dress drive and hold into things. I dont rhink thats asking too much
2 weeks ago , i was eating meals tgeough a straw because I couldnt hold utensils or pull my own pants up. Getting better
Now im angry at my body so I will rail against this setback by building up until I get knocked downnagain. Its a way of life.. cant change it and wont surrender
