Jacques Pepin and Julia Child because they are/were wonderful chefs, and why not have the best? Syd, because she is compassionate, talented, and has the leadership qualities which will be needed. Noah, because he's good with animals. Johnny Carson, 'cos you guys are gonna need some laughs, and he was the best. The rest should be a mix of ethnicities, professions, male, female, sexual preference, and ages. Basically a microcosm of the world, as much as possible.
