I've got a neighbor like this, except she doesn't go away if you ignore her. In fact I hear her opening and closing her door constantly all day. Maybe you could show Boodah your neighbors picture and say 'BITE', then reinforce with a doggie treat. (of course I'm kidding?)

I live so far out in the boonies - our only neighbors don't speak english - the only time I've ever seen them is when the panther came and killed their goat - the wife came over and asked if we could help all she could say was "big big puma" have not seen her since - maybe the panther got more than just the goat? I like your stories, they are short and to the point.
