Whatever floats your boat...

preserving summer' garlic
burning hands the last few weeks, end of Tomato season.
never peeled so many garlic cloves or tomatoes, the bounty was HUGE
got sauce everywhere, putting jars in mailboxes and the sundried are busy on planks on the sunny screenporch.

so ciabatta toasting with some Italian dipping oils some good frech cheese and fresh ground Locatelli... yaas

if only Mark was here, this is one of his favorite snacks

that boi has been called upon to pick up for chefs on these yachts since july, because he loves to cook and then got alot of exposure in kitchens for the last few years. that boi is my italian hero.
