I lost my health after two bouts of mononucleosis which preceeded my getting Transverse Myelitis, over 20 years ago. Had my TM been diagnosed properly and promptly, I could have been given steroids and possibly been cured or close to cured. At least I would have had a chance. As it took 7 years to get a diagnosis of TM, I have lived with chronic pain and numbness in the extremities, and fatigue since onset, to the point where I now use wheelchairs. I have been trying physical therapy, but it's very painful.

I'm curious as to how well you tolerated the Prednisone if you don't mind me asking? I hope you get some help and answers soon.
