I'm still so besotted with my new rescue dog...I can't even begin to imagine how bad you feel. I'm so sorry. I'm glad she chose you in the end.

Thank you all again. When I can get it together, I will thank you all individually. RIght now I am trying to work everything out by writing my entire experience with this adoption. I hope that by the time I get to the end of the story, I will see better why what I knew was the inevitable outcome came sooner than I was prepared.
